GARLIC SHREDDED TOFU

SHREDDED TOFU

I add garlic shredded tofu to EVERYTHING! And I always get messages asking for the recipe!

Well heres my recipe, it’s super simple!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 block of firm tofu (~300g)

  • 4-5 cloves of garlic

  • Salt (to taste)

  • ~4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

METHOD:

  1. Dice the garlic and shred the tofu with a grater

  2. Pan fry garlic, tofu and salt together in oil on medium heat for 10 mins stirring occasionally

  3. When golden add to your favourite foods to boost it with some plant based protein
