Ruby Williams | Dietitian (APD)
Hi! I’m Ruby, and I am an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD).
After studying a bachelors degree of nutrition science for 3 years, and an additional 2 year masters of dietetic practice degree at university, my passion for the field has grown. I have always loved food, cooking, health, sport and helping people so studying nutrition was perfect for me.
For me a lot of my interest in nutrition has stemmed from when I was young, as I have been vegetarian for along time. I have always loved veggies and eating a balanced diet.
My goal is to give everyone the opportunity to live a healthy lifestyle through spreading evidence based information about nutrition in a simple way.
For the future my goal is to inspire and help others achieve good health and fuel themselves for success, I may even write my own cook book or make a podcast.
Here I’ll be showing you some of my healthy recipes as well as provide some nutritional facts to help you live a healthy lifestyle.
